Meiya is known to have the best technology in the domestic stainless steel pipe industry. In 1996, Meiya succeeded in the development of pipes for the first time. Today, the Company is able to produce the largest number of size for pipe with more than 500 specifications.

TIG Welder
Tungsten Inert Gas Welding- TIG Welding

TIG Welding is easily performed on a variety of metals. It produces clean and precise welds and generally requires little or no post weld finishing. As an electric welding process in which heat for welding, TIG is generated by an electric arc between the end of a non-consumable tungsten electrode & the base metal. Filler metal may be added, if necessary. Inert gas creates a protective atmosphere around the welding in process. Argon, supplies shielding for the arc. is suggested for thicknesses up to approximately 1/2". For thicker sections, argon-helium mixtures or pure helium may be used. Pure helium may also be employed for deeper penetration. The most common tungsten utilized is 2% thoriated.
